Top Cover Roofing Specialists was created to bring structure, honesty and a premium customer experience into a roofing sector where truly reputable, reliable and transparent operators can be hard to find.
Our team includes 29 Commando veterans, staff sergeants and bombardiers with real-world expertise in project management, leadership and business ownership. We have taken that background and applied it to roofing with one goal: to build a company customers can trust from first contact to final handover.

Why We Started
A better standard for roofing in Plymouth.
We founded Top Cover because we believe there are only a handful of genuinely reputable, reliable and honest roofing companies operating at the standard customers deserve. That gap in the market gave us a clear mission.
We already run a sister company, Rapid Waste Removal, which has grown into one of the top three companies in Plymouth within its sector. That success came from doing the basics exceptionally well: turning up, communicating clearly, delivering what was promised and protecting the reputation of the business at every stage.
Top Cover is our extension of that same mindset into roofing. We are bringing our love for business, our obsession with detail and our expectation of perfection into a sector where trust matters enormously.
